    Dr. Wu is a true renaissance man in sports medicine, with over 15 years of dedicated experience in enhancing human movement. He built a strong foundation in biomechanics, anatomy, and physiology at the University of Toronto before earning his Doctorate of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2009.

    With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Coach Eric has become a trusted expert in functional movement, strength and conditioning, and sports rehabilitation. As the owner and founder of CrossFit Deep, Eric has helped thousands of individuals reach their unique performance and health goals.

  • Dr. Nick

    Born in Fort Worth, Texas and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Dr. Nick grew up with a deep respect for movement, athletics, and the resilience of the human body. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls, where his passion for performance and recovery first took root.

    Driven to help athletes and everyday individuals return to the activities they love, he pursued advanced clinical training and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minnesota.

    Dr. Nick takes a whole-person, movement-based approach to care, emphasizing that the body functions best when treated as an integrated system. He is certified in both Graston Technique and Dry Needling, using evidence-based methods to accelerate healing, restore mobility, and prevent future injuries.

    More than just a provider, Dr. Nick is a trusted partner in his athletes’ journeys. He believes in building long-term relationships grounded in empathy, education, and trust—ensuring each patient feels both heard and cared for. Guided by the mantra, “Heal smart. Move better. Live fully,” he empowers athletes to embrace movement as the key to lasting health and performance.

    Dr. Stefanie Kincaid is a sports chiropractor at The Sports Pod who specializes in finding—and fixing—the root cause of pain. A former state-ranked tennis player and mom to cheer and volleyball athletes, she brings the perspective of both competitor and sideline parent to every case. Working within The Sports Pod’s under-one-roof team model, she aligns diagnosis, hands-on care, and performance so every visit moves you forward. She’s known for solving chronic, “tried-everything” cases and returning athletes to sport with clear milestones and durable results.

    Dr. Stef earned her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University, her Doctor of Chiropractic from Parker University, and a master’s in Functional Nutrition. She is certified in dry needling and integrates performance-focused mobility and practical nutrition to accelerate recovery.

    She delivers straight-talk care—clear diagnoses, honest timelines, and coaching that keeps athletes motivated. Her sweet spot includes cheer, volleyball, track and field, shoulders, backs, knees, and ankles—but any driven athlete who wants answers, not guesswork, is in the right place.

    Moesha brings exceptional organizational skills and a passion for efficiency to our clinic. As the eldest sibling, she naturally developed leadership, responsibility, and time management skills early on. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving, she expertly manages our administrative operations, ensuring smooth experiences for our athletes and staff.
